Process

There are two ways to a finished page. Either you design it yourself and are done within minutes, without ever contacting us, or you tell us what is needed and receive the finished page.

  1. Choose your path

    In the editor you put the page together yourself. If you would rather we take care of it, fill in the form; for a bespoke design we talk briefly beforehand.

  2. Design

    In the editor you choose logo, colours, typeface and text and see the result immediately. If we take care of it, we implement your visual identity and send a protected preview link.

  3. Live

    If you designed it yourself, you activate the page straight after payment. If we designed it, it goes live once you approve it, usually a few working days after you send the form.

  4. Afterwards

    The page runs for six or twelve months. Once the term ends, the address shows a notice with contact details instead of an error page.

Why clipmark

  • The photo stays on the device

    There is no upload for portraits. The page renders in the browser on a canvas; we never see a picture and never store one. For the core function there is therefore no processing on our behalf.

  • GDPR and EU servers

    Hosted in Germany, without cookies and without a consent banner. No Google Fonts, no scripts from a CDN, no third-party analytics: there is no transfer to a third country, because the page never makes a request to a third-party host.

  • Your own address

    congress.clipmark.de instead of a campaign link on someone else's platform. An address under your own domain is easy to justify internally, and that is often what decides whether management backs it.

  • No subscription, a fixed end date

    You pay once for six or twelve months. Nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel, and there is no stored card that could be charged later. Whether it continues afterwards is your decision.

Scope of service

Output formats
Square for LinkedIn and Xing, portrait for Instagram, further formats on request. Every layer is placed separately for each format.

Name, job title, location, a choice from a list, toggles for optional lines. You decide what is asked for.
Two languages
German and English in the same document, switched without a reload and without losing a photo already chosen.
Access
Public, or by code, for staff only. A private page does not appear in any search engine and answers strangers with a 404.

A PNG at full resolution, named after the person and the format. No watermark, no sign-up, no extra step.
Term
Twelve months at most from activation. After that the address shows a notice, so a shared link never leads to a dead end.

What does clipmark do?

clipmark provides a branded web page on its own address where attendees and employees create a profile picture with your brand in seconds. They pick a photo, enter their name and role and download the finished image, ready to share on LinkedIn, Instagram or an intranet. You define the overlay design, and the page runs for an agreed term.

Who is clipmark for?

For organisers and companies who need reach before an event and do not want to introduce a tool for it. Typical users are: trade fairs and congresses giving exhibitors and speakers an image to share; associations and learned societies ahead of their annual meeting; companies making staff visible around a trade fair appearance or an anniversary; HR departments for employer branding; agencies implementing this for their clients. The offer is aimed at businesses, public authorities and associations, not at consumers.

What does clipmark cost?

Self-service costs €149 for six months and €249 for twelve months, once, with no subscription. If we design the overlay to your corporate design it is €490 for twelve months. A individually designed landing page with additional features starts at €1,490. All prices are net and exclusive of VAT.

How quickly is a page ready?

If you design it yourself it takes minutes: upload the logo, choose colours and texts, pay, activate. No appointment and no back and forth. If we design it for you, the preview link is usually ready a few working days after your enquiry, and the page goes live once you approve it.

Does the photo leave the device?

No. There is no upload for portraits. The image is composed in the browser on a canvas and downloaded from there; we never see it and we do not store it. This core function therefore does not involve processing on our behalf.

Do attendees need an account?

No. The page opens in the browser, without sign-up, without installation and without a cookie banner. On request an access code protects the page so that only invited people can use it; the code is included in the price.

Where are the servers?

Hosting is in Germany. The page loads no Google Fonts, no scripts from a foreign network and no external analytics; it talks to no third-party host, so there is no transfer to a third country. We provide a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR on request.

Which image formats do we get?

By default a square format for LinkedIn and Xing and a portrait format for Instagram. Further crops such as banners or stories are part of the managed tiers. The download is a full-resolution PNG, without a watermark and without an intermediate step.

Can we change the page later?

Yes. The confirmation email contains a link back into the editor. There you change the logo, colours and texts yourself, without an account and without signing in; what you apply is visible on your page immediately. The address stays the same so that printed links keep working. Or you write to us and we do it.

What happens after the term?

The address then shows a notice with a way to contact us instead of an error page, so a shared link does not lead nowhere. Nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel and no stored card that keeps being charged. Whether it continues is your decision.

Can we use our own domain?

In the first two tiers it runs on a subdomain of clipmark.de, for example congress.clipmark.de. An address on your own domain, for example photo.company.com, is possible in the individually designed tier.

Is the page bilingual?

Yes, German and English. Switching happens without reloading, and a photo already chosen as well as entered details are kept. Further languages on request.
